BARROW COUNTY, Ga. — The judge overseeing the Apalachee High School shooting case has recused himself. Judge Currie Mingledorff filed the recusal on Wednesday, according to court records from the Barrow County Superior Court.

The case was reassigned to Judge Sarah Griffie, appointed in August by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve as a Superior Court judge for the judicial circuit.
