Former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon resigned from WWE and TKO in January 2024 after Janel Grant filed a lawsuit in which she alleged that she was the victim of sexual assault and trafficking. McMahon denied the allegations, but he is under federal investigation.

As his former company prepares for upcoming WWE events and record-breaking success, Vince McMahon is still under investigation by the Department of Justice and awaiting trial for a series of disturbing allegations that originally led to his removal from the wrestling organization.
