The Vancouver Canucks have recalled forward Jonathan Lekkerimaki and goaltender Ty Young from the Abbotsford Canucks, the team announced Sunday. In a corresponding move, forwards Nils Aman and Arshdeep Bains as well as goaltender Arturs Silovs were assigned to the AHL.

Silovs was recalled from AHL Abbotsford on Monday. Silovs was sent down Sunday but will rejoin the Canucks following a brief stint in the minors. The 23-year-old has struggled over four appearances with Vancouver this year,
